Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.As an HRIS Analyst II at QXO Inc, you will serve as a hands-on systems contributor, improving the accuracy, functionality, and usability of our HR platforms. You'll configure key parts of the HRIS, run business-critical reporting, and ensure compliance.
