Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.As an HRIS Analyst II at QXO Inc, you will serve as a hands-on systems contributor, improving the accuracy, functionality, and usability of our HR platforms. You'll configure key parts of the HRIS, run business-critical reporting, and ensure compliance. This role combines technical configuration with customer service and cross-functional collaboration.What You'll DoConfigure security roles, workflows, and validations across HR modulesTroubleshoot data discrepancies and assist with error remediationDevelop custom reports and scheduled dashboards for HR and business leadersSupport release management through feature testing and regression validationPartner with People Ops and IT to improve self-service capabilitiesMaintain business process documentation and SOPsSupport data privacy and compliance audits (SOX, GDPR)What You'll BringExperience: 2-4 years in HRIS or HR/IT operationsEducation: Bachelor's required; HR technology coursework preferredSystems Exposure: Cornerstone, ICIMS, UKG Pro, UKG Workforce ManagementCertifications: Workday HCM Core, SHRM-CP preferredWhat you'll earn401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO, company holidays, and parental leavePaid training and certificationsLegal assistance and identity protectionPet insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
