You'll play a key role in preparing competitive bids, analyzing drawings/specifications, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to deliver successful outcomes.We are looking for:5-10 years electrical estimating experience with an electrical contractorMust be commutable to ManhattanResponsibilities:Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and requirementsPrepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipmentWork closely with the project management team to develop bid strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clientsSupport ongoing projects with change orders, pricing, and budget trackingWhat's on Offer:Salary $120,000 - $165,000 dependent on experienceAnnual performance bonuses ($10k-$25k)Full union benefits package: medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and vacationAdditional 5 paid personal/sick days provided by the employerStructured career progression opportunities and annual salary reviewsFlexible working hours: standard 8-hour day (7 straight time + 1 hour OT) with commuter-friendly scheduling
