Our client, who is a global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services, is currently seeking an onsite Fulfillment Associate in Wilmington DE.Must have legal documents and good customer service skills.Location: Wilmington DE Remote/Onsite: 100% OnsiteHours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $23.33 Per hourDuration: 3 MonthsAssociate Fulfillment Specialist As a Fulfillment Associate, you will impact the lives of millions of people and help shape society for the future. Working in unison with our service teams, you will assist clients in remaining legally compliant. We seek individuals who are positive, energetic, accountable, flexible, and committed to self-development.Basic ResponsibilitiesThe Fulfillment Associate has primary responsibility for providing superior service by:Fulfilling orders for internal and external customersResearching and analyzing legal documentsSubmitting legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of CorporationsRetrieving legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of CorporationsResearching entity statusResolving or escalating issues as necessaryFollowing requests through to completion and ensuring accuracyCommunicating progress to customers and internal teamsNavigating quickly between multiple processing systems and databasesWorking in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentContributing to customer satisfaction and organizational successParticipating in process improvement programs, best practices, and special projects as assignedEducationPreferred: Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline)OR, if no degree: 4 years of customer service experienceExperience & KnowledgeMinimum 4 years of customer service experience, including:Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accuratelyStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; ability to learn new applications quicklyStrong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
