Role Overview:As Senior Manager, Financial Planning Analysis - Financial Systems & Process Optimization, you will collaborate with Finance and other departments to enhance planning and reporting capabilities. This role reports to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. You'll be a strategic contributor focused on improving systems and driving automation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and evolve the Adaptive Planning platform to streamline reporting and planning workflowsPromote consistency and automation across financial tools and processes through cross-functional collaborationIdentify inefficiencies or system gaps, propose solutions, and lead implementation effortsRefine data pipelines to ensure timely, accurate, and organized reporting for stakeholdersStay informed on platform updates and best practices to continuously evolve planning strategiesSupport financial close and forecasting cycles with targeted analysis and insightsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldExperience with financial systems, data analytics, or computing is a plus7-10 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or financial operationsProven track record in process improvement, financial modeling, and project executionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesCapable of managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality resultsDeep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planningAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with planning and visualization tools (e.g., Adaptive, Hyperion, Power BI)Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
