Senior Project Manager (Retail Construction)

A well-established and financially stable general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee diverse retail and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who can manage projects from award through closeout, with strong financial oversight and subcontractor management skills.This commercial/retail General Contractor is based out of Fort Worth, TX and operates in 48 states! This role will be in office and require up to 25% travel for site visits. Key Responsibilities:Lead retail and commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality complianceOversee subcontractor negotiations, contracts, and pay requestsMonitor job costs and prepare client updates and closeout packagesSupport and coach field teams to ensure productivity and safetyMaintain strong client communication and contract complianceQualifications:15+ years in construction, including 10+ managing projectsRetail construction experience (ground up and/or TI)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience)Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft OfficeStrong leadership, financial management, and communication skillsExperience with fast-paced projects (10-25 weeks duration)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary + bonus programMedical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and floating holidayEducational assistance availableThis is a great opportunity to join a stable and respected general contractor with a strong reputation in retail and commercial construction.
