Vice President Finance

NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leader in roofing and exterior repair solutions in the Atlanta, GA area! Our client is seeking a VP of Finance to join their team. The VP of Finance will oversee the management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Corporate Accounting functions. Responsibilities: Lead and manage shared services, including AP, AR, payroll, and corporate accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Drive process improvements, automation, and integration of acquisitions to enhance efficiency and scalability.Oversee compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness across all entities.Provide accurate weekly cash flow forecasting and financial reporting to support business decisions.Utilize Sage software to optimize accounting processes, project cost tracking, and financial management.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally in construction, roofing, or a shared services environment.Proficiency in Sage accounting software and advanced Excel skills.Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams and driving process improvements at scaleNextStep Recruiting provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, or applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location where the company has facilities.
