Key responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, coordinating with agents, lenders, and attorneys, and preparing and balancing settlement statements while ensuring compliance with regulations and underwriter guidelines. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential escrow/closing experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with closing platforms such as Qualia, ResWare, or SoftPro.
