Known for delivering upscale, personalized care, Aspire focuses on hearing diagnostics, hearing aids, tinnitus, balance, and wax removal.Winter Haven is an ideal place to live and work, offering scenic lakes, a vibrant downtown, and a slower pace of life, all within driving distance of Tampa and Orlando.Position Overview:Aspire Hearing is seeking an Audiologist to join their Winter Haven team—full-time or part-time options available based on candidate preference.This role is focused on adult diagnostics, hearing aid fittings and follow-ups, tinnitus management, cerumen management, and patient counseling. The practice offers a 4-day workweek, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Conduct hearing evaluations for patients ages 4 and upFit and program hearing aids using real-ear verification and best practicesProvide wax removal using suction, instrumentation, and the EarigatorEducating patients on hearing health, devices, and communication strategiesTroubleshoot hearing aids and assist with Bluetooth/app supportTake impressions for earmolds and hearing protectionCollaborate with the internal team and outside providersParticipate in occasional outreach and educational eventsMaintain accurate and timely documentationRequirementsAu.D. preferred (Master's accepted); Florida license or eligibility required.Proficient with hearing aid technology and fitting softwareSkilled in patient counseling and creating a positive care experienceTeam-oriented with strong communication and follow-throughPrivate practice experience is a plus, but not requiredBenefitsSalary Plus Bonus Potential ($95,000-$105,000)4-day work-weekHealth InsurancePTO and Holiday PayMatching Retirement PlanCEU and MembershipMalpractice Insurance
