Must Haves:~2 years HR experience (junior generalist / HR coordinator level).Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, quick learner.Interested in HR long-term, open to mentorship/growth.ADP required; Rippling experience a plus.Payroll exposure (CA + multi-state: TX, CO, ID, HI).Key Responsibilities:Onboarding & DocumentationBuild/update new hire packet & onboarding checklist.Upload/download employee docs (Rippling ? ADP).Migrate existing employee files from Rippling into ADP.PayrollLearn to run ADP payroll within 6 months.Manage multiple payroll cycles (hourly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, commissions).Ensure high attention to detail (critical requirement).Compliance & HR SupportApply knowledge of California labor laws.Maintain employee records; support compliance tracking.Assist with audits, reporting, and file management.General HR AdministrationProvide direct HR/admin support to COO & HR lead.Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly.Flexible to support projects as HR/payroll expands.
