Front Office Trading Support

This position will work alongside an experienced team member and requires you to be proactive, well-organized, and resilient.Role:Provide Front Office trade and application support across commodities trading desksMonitor trade flows, position data, and P&L consistency across multiple platforms and downstream systemsPerform daily production checks, investigate incidents, and escalate when necessaryCoordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical and functional issuesAssist traders with system usage, trade capture, pricing validation, and operational workflowsEnsure the smooth execution of end-of-day processes and manage time-sensitive incidentsContribute to documentation, procedures, and knowledge sharing within the teamProfile:2 to 3 years of experience in Front Office support, application support, or trading systems environmentsStrong technical skills in SQL, Linux/Unix, and scripting (Shell or similar)Experience with trading or risk management platformsExposure to North American commodities markets is a plusAbility to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environmentStrong communication skills and professional presenceNice to have:PythonContainer or cloud environments (e.g., Kubernetes)Public cloud exposurePrevious experience supporting Front Office users in trading or financial services
