This role offers exposure to every stage of the transaction lifecycle "” including market research, underwriting, financial modeling, offering memorandum preparation, and Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) deck creation.This is a high-energy, team-oriented environment where Analysts work closely with Producers and clients to identify, evaluate, and position multifamily land opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to build a long-term career in institutional real estate brokerage and acquisitions.Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction & Financial AnalysisPerform complex financial modeling and underwriting for multifamily land and commercial real estate transactionsAnalyze market comparables, internal LAO data, and macroeconomic trends to support pricing and positioning strategiesPrepare investment sales advisory packages, offering memoranda, BOV presentations, and executive summariesAssist in evaluating acquisition opportunities, budgets, assumptions, and risk factorsResearch & Market IntelligenceConduct in-depth market research, demographic analysis, and economic trend evaluationSource and research land acquisition opportunitiesUtilize proprietary databases and third-party platforms to identify trends and actionable insightsReview real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, surveys, etc.) to identify potential risks or issuesMaintain a project pipeline of potential site opportunities across multiple markets/statesBusiness Development & Team CollaborationSupport Producers in client pitches and meetings through data preparation and presentation materialsParticipate in weekly deal flow and strategy meetingsAssist in building and maintaining industry relationships through events and trade organizationsContribute to expanding the multifamily land acquisition pipelineAdditional DutiesPerform other responsibilities as assigned in support of office and transaction objectivesQualificationsBachelor's degree required (Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred)2-4 years of real estate brokerage, investment sales, private equity, or commercial finance experience requiredAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skillsStrong understanding of multifamily fundamentals and commercial real estate underwritingAbility to synthesize macroeconomic data and local market research into actionable insightsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environmentCompensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $80,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonus tied to meaningful transaction contributionsW-2 employee statusAnnual raise eligibilityHealth insurance and additional benefitsSignificant exposure to institutional-level transactions and career growth opportunities
