Avo Photonics () is a dynamic contract engineering services company that designs, develops, and manufactures custom opto-electronic products for a large customer base. Members of our staff can design, prototype, and produce next generation products for a diverse range of markets including environmental, medical, automotive, military, industrial, aerospace, and communications.We seek an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. This is an on-site position.Specifically:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filledPost approved position description to appropriate platformsReview submitted resumes for openingsIdentify appropriate candidates and assess qualifications through resume review, phone interviews, and other screening methodsActively source passive candidates that are qualified for open positionsConnect qualified candidates with hiring managersMaintain constant communication with hiring manager to ensure candidate lifecycleVet potential employees' credentials, including background checksExtend offers upon hiring manager approvalShare signed offer letters with payroll to initiate onboarding process and inform hiring manager of start dateAttend job fairs and industry conferencesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or SHRM-CP/PHR certification2 - 7 years of experience recruiting in a high-volume; manufacturing / technical environmentExcellent organizational skillsAvo Photonics offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
