Job Description

Dive Bomb Industries is looking for a highly capable Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help lead and execute our retention marketing efforts across email and SMS. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to think through the full customer journey while also building, designing, and executing the work themselves.This person will be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns, flows, segmentation strategies, loyalty initiatives, and customer nurture programs that drive repeat purchases and long-term customer value. The ideal candidate is fluent in Klaviyo, experienced in email and SMS marketing, confident in segmentation and RFM strategy, and proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for creative execution.This role will work directly under the direction of the Marketing Director and closely alongside the Marketing Production Manager to bring high-level lifecycle marketing strategy to life. A strong understanding of AI tools and the evolving AI landscape is also important, as we are looking for someone who can help harness AI to improve efficiency, creative output, analysis, and overall marketing performance.What You'll DoBuild, manage, and optimize email and SMS campaignsCreate and improve automated flows, including welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, and other lifecycle touchpointsDevelop and execute segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, engagement, and purchase historyUse RFM analysis and other retention methods to identify stronger audience targeting and nurture opportunitiesManage and help grow the brand's loyalty programDevelop strategies focused on past-buyer nurture, repeat purchase behavior, and customer retentionBuild campaign assets and support creative execution using Photoshop and LightroomCollaborate closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Production Manager to execute lifecycle initiativesMonitor performance across retention channels and make recommendations for continual improvementConduct ongoing A/B testing across messaging, creative, offers, timing, and segmentationIdentify and explore ways AI can support stronger creative output, workflow efficiency, data interpretation, and retention performanceBring fresh ideas and new strategies to improve customer lifetime valueWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in email and SMS marketingStrong working knowledge of KlaviyoExperience building and optimizing campaigns and automated flowsStrong understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and retention strategyExperience with RFM analysis and lifecycle marketing best practicesProficiency in Adobe Photoshop and LightroomStrong understanding of AI tools and a demonstrated ability to stay current with evolving technology and marketing applicationsStrong eye for creative, messaging, and brand presentationAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionStrong organization, attention to detail, and communication skillsE-commerce marketing experience strongly preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience managing or contributing to a loyalty or rewards programExperience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platformsFamiliarity with performance-driven creative and testing strategiesExperience in the outdoor, hunting, fishing, or lifestyle space is a plusCompensationSalary: From $85,000 per yearBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
