Senior Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily projects in the Dallas market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering podium, wrap, and garden-style communities from preconstruction through closeout. This is a leadership role that will oversee field operations, subcontractor performance, and project schedules to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all field operations for podium, wrap, and garden-style multifamily projects ($30M-$80M+).Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines achieved.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field staff.Conduct regular site safety meetings, ensuring OSHA standards and company policies are enforced.Manage daily reporting, inspections, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Partner closely with Project Managers and owners to maintain budgets, resolve conflicts, and deliver high-quality results.Oversee punch list, unit turnover, and final project closeout.Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.Qualifications10+ years of superintendent experience, with at least 5 years in multifamily construction.Strong background in podium, wrap, and garden-style projects.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other construction management tools.OSHA 30 certification (required).Excellent communication and leadership skills; proven ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractors.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience).Truck allowance, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package.Long-term growth opportunities with a leading multifamily builder in the Dallas market.Oscar Associates Limited (US) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
