Our launch suite includes multiple home devices.What You'll OwnLead ODM selection, negotiation, and relationship management across our product lineDrive hardware development through EVT/DVT/PVT with clear milestone trackingManage manufacturing ramp, supply chain, BOM optimization, and regulatory complianceCoordinate between hardware, firmware, AI/ML, and industrial design teamsEnsure ODMs can support custom AI chip integration and performance requirementsEstablish quality standards, testing protocols, and production processesMust Have5+ years hardware TPM with 3+ years managing ODM relationshipsShipped consumer electronics from prototype to mass production (50K+ units)Deep experience with Asian manufacturing (China/Taiwan/Vietnam/Malaysia/Thailand/Indonesia)Strong technical fluency with hardware development, DFM, and supply chainNice to HaveSmart home, IoT, or AI device experienceCustom silicon or AI accelerator integrationLinux embedded systems and Android device backgroundMandarin proficiencyLocationSan Francisco Bay Area (25-40% travel to Asia)
