Your leadership will drive mission-critical AI projects, ensuring compliance and ethical AI use for federal clients in bioscience and defense.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect ML solutions processing 1TB+ datasets, integrated with enterprise Data Lakes.Mentor a team of 5-7 engineers, improving model accuracy by through best practices.Ensure MLOps pipelines achieve 99.9% uptime and comply with federal standards (e.g., NIST AI RMF).Implement AI ethics protocols, mitigating bias in 100% of deployed models.Collaborate on data privacy and security for sensitive bioscience datasets.Required QualificationsU.S. Citizen with active DoD, IC, or DHS clearance, or eligibility to obtain/maintain one.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, or 8+ years of equivalent experience.5+ years of ML engineering with production deployments (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Advanced Python proficiency and experience with ML frameworks.Expertise in Data Lake/Warehouse architectures (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).Strong ETL and data modeling skills for large-scale datasets.Preferred QualificationsExperience deploying ML models in federal environments (e.g., DoD, DHS).Proven leadership of cross-functional AI teams (5+ members).Knowledge of AI ethics frameworks (e.g., NIST AI Risk Management Framework).AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty or TensorFlow Developer Certificate.BenefitsCompetitive salary, health benefits, and 401(k) matching.Clearance sponsorship for eligible candidates.Access to AI ethics and MLOps certification programs.How to ApplyJoin our talent pipeline at GGI Careers Portal by October 15, 2025.
