You will engage with key stakeholders and represent the MP brand. This role will have a strong focus on client delivery, with the opportunity to vary your experience and support our top engagements as part of our Seattle hub. Your responsibilities will be to:Lead the project controls team and ensure robust schedule and progress management, cost management, change management, risk management and contract administration are performed to Customer requirementsAgree on reporting strategy with the PM, central Project Controls and FinanceEnsure all project and central reporting is provided in good time and with good quality, including steering reporting and reporting to GCP.Provide explanation of reports including cashflow S-curve, change waterfall charts, etc.Ensure the project controls processes on the project are robust including reliable source of data and information is used, processing of data is correct and aim to be free of errors, and output is reliable and can be used to guide project monitoring and inform decision makingProvide data analysis and more importantly provide foresight on impact of any cost and schedule deviationProvide information, reports to above site functions (for instance Global Capital Project) and monitor KPIsEnsure project compliance with the Customer's financial rules, Project Management Framework(PMF) and the Customer's ways of workingReview and interrogate information reported by others and conduct deep dives and error finding when needed:As a consultant, you will deliver expertise, adapt to new environments, and be able to work within a team. You will represent our brand on client-sites and, thanks to the materials that we provide, you will be prepared to support our engagements. For this position, we are looking for someone with 7 to 10 years of experience with project controls experience. The reasonable estimate of the current total compensatory salary range for this role is $160,000-200,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in an annual performance-based incentive program.
