Join on with an awesome legal team that has over 480 positive Google reviews!We are growing and looking to hire an Associate Attorney for our full-service real estate law firm that counsel clients on a wide range of real estate and corporate litigation based matter.Job Description:Handles all real estate related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, construction, mortgage concerns, and zoningProvides legal advice to an organization, prepares resolutions, and forms, and participates in major legal actionsInterprets and renders advice on laws and regulations that pertain to real property, including housing law, commercial and residential property development projects, real estate financing and leasing, Real Estate Investment Trusts, land sales, title issues and searches, escrow arrangements, property management, rights of way, and lease disputesNegotiates and drafts contracts regarding real estate transactionsHandles lawsuits, court cases and arbitrations regarding real estate disputesRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsExperience in preparing documents for business organizations, including corporate formation, terms and conditions, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as outside general business counselJob Qualifications:Have at least five (5) year's experienceLicensed and in good standing with the Michigan BarHave courtroom experienceBe proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and is familiar with CLIO Manage Case Management SoftwareBe able to meet firm set minimal billing requirementsSalary range is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 and will be commensurate with experience.
