If you have experience with demountable walls, this is the job for you.Essential Job Responsibilities:As a key player in our project success, you'll take on a variety of impactful responsibilities that ensure each client experience is seamless, professional, and true to the Officeworks standard.Lead Vendor & Subcontractor CoordinationRepresent Officeworks by Participating in Client MeetingsCreate & Support Timely Project MilestonesConduct On-Site Field MeasurementsBe a Brand Ambassador- Conduct yourself in a way that reflects our company values, culture, and commitment to excellence.Prepare for Flawless InstallationsOwn the Punch List ProcessTrack & Resolve Open IssuesManage final project wrap-upBe Reliable & PresentRequired Skills/Abilities:• Construction/construction process experience• Knowledge of architectural products portfolio and how it integrates into the construction process.• PC Skills: Microsoft Windows including Word, Excel, PowerPoint• Strong oral, presentation, written & interpersonal skills.• Ability to work well as part of a team.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Fluent in workplace performance concepts/conversation.• Working knowledge of construction/electrical/technology fields.• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Education and Experience:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.• 3-5 years project management experience in an architectural product, construction or furniture environmentwith measurable success, preferably with business-to-business exposure.
