Tasks may include mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and general property cleanup.Work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding work, including regularly lifting and carrying 35-80 pounds.Help ensure equipment, tools, and job sites are cleaned up and prepared so the team is ready for the next workday.How We Measure SuccessAttendance: Might sound basic, but it's critical to meet our Customer Service goals. You need to be here as required by your Supervisory team.Budget vs Actual Hours: Keeping jobs profitable is dependent on managing the time planned and spent at each job.Return Rates: You'll ensure quality control to make sure it's rare to ever need to go back to redo a job.Customer Retention: Building great relationships with each customer, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service, will keep them coming back.DutiesFull Utilization of Software & Processes: This helps make all the above possible.Maintain residential and Commercial lawns (Mowing, Trimming, Edging, Blowing)Operate commercial equipment: mowers, trimmers, trailers, blowers, snow toolsPerform various landscaping services such as mulch installation, stone installation, leaf cleanups, and snow removalWhat We're Looking For:Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (3-year history)Willing to drive or learn to drive truck/trailer combinationsReliable attendance and team mindset "” we work closely togetherConfidence interacting with job appropriate appsAbility to lift 50 poundsWillingness to learn and grow "” no experience necessary (Although having experience is preferred)Ability to pass a 7-year background checkMinimum 2 years prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.If you don't already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 2 weeksBenefits & PayThe pay range for this position is $20.00 to $30 and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional.We know we presented a lot to you here and that's because we're looking to hire only the best.
