The firm delivers structural design and construction support services on more than 70 new buildings annually, totaling over 20 million square feet and nearly $1B in construction value. Known for its expertise in tilt-up construction, the organization provides innovative solutions across commercial, institutional, and public sector projects.ResponsibilitiesLead structural engineering efforts for large-scale multifamily and data center projectsManage projects from design through construction administrationCoordinate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and external agenciesServe as primary client contact for project-related communicationOversee schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time deliverySupport permitting processes and agency coordinationMaintain quality control and technical accuracy across all deliverablesCollaborate with senior leadership on project strategy and executionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural EngineeringProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license required; Structural Engineer (S.E.) license preferredExperience managing large-scale multifamily and/or data center projectsExperience working on projects approaching or exceeding 1M square feet preferredStrong understanding of agency coordination and permitting processesAbility to manage long-duration, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
