Role OverviewAs a Principal Consultant specializing in CRM Solutions, you will serve as a project and technical leading client-facing consultant, supporting complex customer relationship management implementations and digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for solution design and implementation, client engagement, commercials and contributing to business development efforts. This role requires someone who can work effectively with client stakeholders while maintaining strong hands-on technical involvement in CRM implementations to guide to a successful implementation.What You'll DoLead, Design and implement CRM solutions on Creatio for enterprise clients, with exposure to BI/Analytics and EPM practice areasSupport senior leadership as a trusted advisor to mid-level and senior stakeholders on CRM strategy and customer experience optimizationContribute to business development through technical expertise in CRM best practices and solution designManage CRM workstreams and engagements while maintaining quality and delivery standardsCollaborate with the rest of the team to drive excellence in CRM delivery and professional skillsContribute to the evolution of our CRM service offerings, methodologies, and technical capabilitiesRepresentation the company at industry events, conferences, and client presentations focused on CRM and customer experience topicsSkills OverviewExtensive CRM solution delivery experience, from requirements through to deployment, ideally Creatio but will consider also Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Hubspot, Microsoft and other CRM software suppliers - appropriate cross training will be supplied if required.Prior experience in a CRM-focused consulting / professional services environmentExperience with CRM data migration, integration, and basic analytics initiativesDemonstrated ability in client relationship management and interest in business development within CRM domainAwareness of AI/ML trends and their applications in CRM Sales, Service and Marketing.Technical SkillsStrong expertise in custom development on a major CRM platform (Creatio, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Hubspot, Microsoft)Experience in CRM integrations using APIs, middleware, and .NET applicationsProficiency with C# and .NET frameworks for CRM integrations and custom solutionsSolid technical skills including SQL, Python, cloud platforms, and database architecturesFamiliarity with complementary BI/Analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Einstein Analytics) and EPM solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in STEM field or business; Master's degree preferredExperience in leading and delivering complex CRM projects5 years+ of consulting or industry experience in CRM solutions and customer experience optimizationPersonal AttributesAs an experienced CRM professional with strong leadership and technical skills in CRM and C# / .NET development, strategic thinking, and proven ability to drive meaningful customer experience outcomes while helping build an exceptional CRM consulting practice, we want to hear from you!Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States.
