We offer excellent pay and benefits and the chance to become part of one of the fastest growing companies in the Mid-Atlantic Region.Responsibilities of this position will include:Estimate projects, including material take-offs, subcontractor pricing, all engineering and labor estimates, and work with Sales Engineering Manager to develop pricing.Perform sales functions - develop scope of work and proposals, develop and assemble sales presentation documents, develop sales/marketing materials, arrange client meetings, arrange and perform lunch and learns or other presentations, present proposals.Attend on-site project meetings as required by the GC, CM, owner, and contract holder.Develop or assist in developing engineering documents as required to sell projects or develop technical proposals.Perform project management duties and/or project follow-up on projects as assigned.Review project plans and specifications, including plans and specifications to understand the scopes and requirements of projects.Perform periodic site visits to review progress of a project to ensure that all schedules and deadlines can be maintained.Meet with owner / end user of the installed systems to ensure satisfaction and compliance with the project specifications/scope.Develop as directed new customer prospects in the market segments designated by Sales Engineering Manager sales goals.Perform marketing and business development functions - client presentations, lunch and learn presentations, assist in developing marketing materials and web site content, attend trade group meetings and trade shows.
