As an exempt-level position, the role requires independent decision-making, creative strategy, and cross-functional leadership to ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact across channels.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Manage day-to-day operations across all social media channels, community engagement, and the strategic scheduling of posts to ensure a consistent brand voice.Monitor digital trends and social conversations to source and curate shareable content that aligns with brand values, focuses on business goals, and resonates with the target demographic.Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns (digital, in-store, email, print, social) to support seasonal promotions, product launches, loyalty programs, and brand initiativesCollaborate with merchandising, creative, and operations teams to align messaging and visual assets with business goalsDevelop campaign strategy based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligenceMonitor and optimize campaign performance metrics, including CTRs, ROI, and customer acquisition/retentionManage agency relationships and oversee the production of media assets and collateralCreate post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future initiativesSupport brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and ensure adherence to compliance guidelinesOther duties as assigned.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field4+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in campaign strategy and executionExperience working within retail, grocery, or FMCG sectors highly preferredProficiency with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and creative tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite)Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasivelyHighly organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines and prioritiesKnowledge of shopper marketing or omnichannel retail strategyExperience supporting loyalty, mobile app, or customer engagement campaignsFamiliarity with regional consumer demographics and cultural nuancesBilingual in English and Spanish, a plus.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS:The physical demands and work conditions below represent those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including,but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members.Team Members are also able to participate in the company's 401k plan that includes a safe harbor match.This information is provided to applicants in accordance with IL Senate Bill HB2139 and state and local minimum wage standards.
