Learn more at .The RoleThe Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the global market adoption of Subtle Medical's AI imaging solutions. This role combines product positioning, campaign development, digital marketing, conference strategy, and content creation to support both new product launches and ongoing demand generation. This individual will work closely with Product, Sales, Clinical teams, and Executive Leadership to ensure our messaging resonates with imaging providers and healthcare systems while delivering measurable marketing impact.Job ResponsibilitiesHelp with GTM strategy and execution for existing and new product launchesProject manage live and virtual conferences and events from start to finish, including booth design, logistics, team calendar, and ROI analysis to ensure all events run smoothlyOwn conception and execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, advertising, website, landing pages) around events including project management, targeting, build, QA, deployment, testing, reporting, and optimizationDevelop and analyze new digital channels and performance to drive lead generationAssist in the creation of new sales enablement tools and digital assets to support SDR, sales, and distribution partnersManage and maintain internal file sharing and content management systems utilized by marketing, sales and cross-functional teamsHelp create new processes and resources designed to help the broader team work more effectively and efficiently togetherDistill program & initiative results and takeaways for Head of Marketing and cross functional stakeholdersAbout YouYou are obsessed with analytics and highly detail orientedYou enjoy collaborating and working cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environmentYou are process orientated, have great organizational skills, and like to make sure that things are completed to the highest standards, while being incredibly efficientYou can manage multiple projects while maintaining deliverables and timelinesYou are creative and like to think of new ways to tackle a problemYou are an energetic self-starter and can work independentlyQualificationsRadiology industry experience (plus if MRI, PET, and/or CT)Experience marketing B2B AI SaaS solutions to hospitals and imaging providers10+ years of health tech experience delivering in-person and online digital event experiences, field marketing, and lead generationProven ability managing complex marketing initiatives for which you define the strategy and measurement with limited guidanceExperience presenting metrics and progress to goal to Director-level stakeholdersExpert-level command of at least one digital channel (e.g., search, social, display, events)Experience with data and analytical tools to dive deep into metrics and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in Healthcare (MRI, PET or Radiology) a strong plus20% US travelEducationMinimum of a Bachelor's degreeSeniority LevelMid level 10+ years experienceIndustryAI / Computer Software / SAASMedical Imaging/RadiologyHospital & Health CareEmployment TypeFull-timeLocationRemote Optional HQ in Menlo Park, CATravelJob FunctionsMarketingReports ToHead of Marketing
