Reporting to the General Manager, this role leads manufacturing operations, develops technical talent, and aligns teams around shared goals that support both site and company growth.As part of the site leadership team, this role partners closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and commercial teams to improve operational performance, support new product launches, and strengthen long term manufacturing capability.IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILLLead daily manufacturing operations with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Continuous ImprovementPartner with EH&S and Quality leaders to maintain safe operations, strengthen quality systems, and reduce variation, scrap, and customer complaintsDrive on time delivery through capacity planning, staffing alignment, scheduling optimization, and equipment availabilitySupport execution of manufacturing budgets, capital planning, and cost improvement initiativesDevelop and coach manufacturing teams through cross training, skill development, and performance managementPartner with Production Control to maintain accurate inventory levels and balance demand with manufacturing capabilityLead continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture where employees actively contribute ideas and solutionsSupport new product launches, equipment moves, and technology implementations across the siteUse operational data and analytics to identify trends, improve performance, and drive shop floor resultsContribute to site leadership strategy, KPI alignment, and cross functional planning effortsYOU'LL BRINGBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawingsExperience driving continuous improvement, problem solving, and root cause analysisAbility to influence, coach, and communicate effectively at all levels of an organizationComfort working with operational data, financial targets, and performance metricsProject management experience with equipment, technology, or process improvement initiativesERP system experience and strong Microsoft Office skillsCNC grinding or cutting tool manufacturing experience preferredFamiliarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems a plusWHERE YOU'LL WORKLocated in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, this site plays a critical role in supporting Harvey Performance's manufacturing network.
