Very proactive also in the art field, the Prada Group strengthens its presence through contemporary art projects in constant evolution.JOB PURPOSEThe Corporate Warehouse Stock Associate supports the efficient management of sample inventory within the corporate environment. This role ensures accuracy, organization, and seamless movement of product across departments, maintaining the highest standards aligned with Prada Group operations.RESPONSIBILITIESVerify quantities, styles, sizes, and conditions of incoming samples against packing lists and shipping documentationEnsure proper tagging, labeling, and categorization of all samples in accordance with internal standardsAccurately receive, log, and track all inbound and outbound shipments within internal systemsPartner with the Manager to conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories, ensuring inventory accuracy and integrityInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, missing samples, and reporting issues in a timely mannerMaintain an organized, clean, and efficient stockroom layout to support quick and accurate sample retrievalCoordinate sample movement between departments, including merchandising, PR, marketing, and retail teamsPrepare and process outbound shipments, including transfers, returns, and special requestsTrack sample allocations, usage, and returns to ensure visibility and accountability across teamsSupport showroom setup, sample pulls, and breakdowns for internal meetings, market appointments, and eventsAssist with seasonal transitions, archive management, and sample lifecycle trackingEnsure compliance with company procedures, shipping protocols, and inventory control standardsIdentify opportunities to improve stockroom processes, organization, and efficiencyAssist with major projects, audits, and cross-functional initiatives as neededProvide general operational support to the corporate office as requiredQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 1-3 years of experience in stockroom, inventory, or operations within luxury retail or a corporate fashion environmentStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in inventory handlingExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExperience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, PLM, or similar) preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionallyAbility to problem-solve and proactively address discrepancies or operational issuesComfortable handling high-value luxury product with care and discretionAbility to lift and move boxes (up to ~30 lbs) and perform physical stockroom tasks as neededFlexible and adaptable with a team-oriented mindsetJoining our Company means working in a creative, international environment with teams motivated by curiosity and a quest for excellence. The pay rate offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
