The Financial Aid Advisor will be responsible for guiding students through the financial aid process, including the application and eligibility determination stages. Day-to-day tasks include assisting students with financial aid applications, managing financial aid records, and ensuring compliance with Title IV regulations. The Financial Aid Advisor will work closely with the enrollment management team to support student enrollment and retention.QualificationsFinance and Student Financial Aid skillsCustomer Service and Enrollment Management experienceKnowledge of Title IV regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferredExperience in higher education or a similar role is a plus
