About OrcaWorksOrcaWorks is an enterprise Agentic AI platform helping businesses modernize operations through intelligent automation and digital coworkers.Built for organizations looking to scale productivity, efficiency, and execution, OrcaWorks sits at the intersection of AI, workflow automation, and enterprise transformation.We are growing our early GTM team and looking for a Senior Account Executive who can help drive net-new revenue while contributing to a strong early sales motion.Role OverviewWe're looking for someone with a strong hunter mindset, commercial maturity, and the ability to thrive in a startup-style sales environment.This role is ideal for someone who can confidently work SDR-generated leads while also creating their own opportunities through outbound effort, relationship building, and disciplined prospecting.This is not a "wait for pipeline to come to you" role. We're looking for someone who knows how to create momentum, move deals forward, and close business in a more strategic, product-led AI SaaS sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and close net-new revenue opportunitiesManage full sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and closeWork a mix of SDR-supported and self-generated pipelineBuild and maintain a strong, healthy pipeline through disciplined prospecting and follow-upLead business conversations with decision-makers across business, operations, and technology teamsPosition OrcaWorks around workflow transformation, operational efficiency, AI-led automation, and business valuePartner closely with leadership on messaging, go-to-market execution, and market feedbackMaintain strong pipeline hygiene, CRM discipline, and forecasting accuracyWhat We're Looking For6-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS / software / technology salesStrong track record of hunting and closing net-new businessExperience selling products / platforms / softwareComfortable carrying pipeline responsibility beyond SDR supportStrong executive communication and consultative selling skillsAbility to navigate ambiguity and move quickly in a startup environmentStrong commercial instincts, urgency, and follow-throughPreferred BackgroundExperience selling AI products, enterprise SaaS, workflow automation, digital transformation, or product-led technology solutionsExperience in startup, scale-up, or early GTM teamsExposure to mid-market and enterprise sales environments
