About the RoleCNC Multi-Tasking machine combines a turning center and machining center for productive manufacturing and allowing for single-setup part production making it efficient, reducing lead times while improving accuracy. Experience and skill considered in Final Wage determination.ResponsibilitiesMazak Integrex or comparable Mill/Turn experienceG-Code and Mazatrol knowledgeProgramming and Set-Up of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructionsLive tooling CNC Lathe OperationBe able to read blue printsStrong organizational skillsExperience working with various materials including plasticsExperience working on Aerospace product with close tolerancesSelection troubleshooting of tooling and fixturesDevelopment and documentation of reliable processStrong computer skillsAdvanced inspection skills including use of micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, CMM etc.You must be able to positively contribute to the teamwork environment in terms of productivity, cooperation, data collection, and attitudeQualificationsAbility to perform complex setups on your ownAbility to perform tool selection, work holding, programming, and op sequencing for new jobsAbility to perform advanced troubleshooting on your ownExperience running CMM programs and setting up jobs for inspectionExperience programming in G-Code, Mazatrol, or MastercamExperience running multi-axis CNC machines with complex offsetsMore than 10 years machining experience in an environment with close tolerance parts, preferably AerospaceAbility working with various materials and machine typesCNC Machining training or certificationNYS Journeymans certificateRequired SkillsStrong organizational skillsAdvanced inspection skills including use of micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, CMM etc.Preferred SkillsAbility to perform complex setups on your ownExperience running CMM programs and setting up jobs for inspectionExperience programming in G-Code, Mazatrol, or MastercamMore than 10 years machining experience in an environment with close tolerance parts, preferably AerospacePay range and compensation packageWe offer competitive wages and benefit package that includes the listed benefits and the following:Significant contribution to health insurance.
