This role will have exposure to new developments, value-add acquisitions, and ongoing asset management across the country. A successful applicant will have expertise in both Argus Enterprise, Excel, and PowerPoint. The candidate will be a high-potential individual with a substantial opportunity to take on further responsibilities as the company grows. The position offers direct exposure to executive team with ad hoc projects for Principals and Partners at the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain asset models for underwriting, projection, reporting, and valuation purposesCreate detailed asset-level reporting, as well as investment committee memorandum as necessaryPerform analysis on potential lease deals and compare to underwritingAssist in the Due Diligence and Closing process for new acquisitions/developmentsAssist in the preparation of materials for capital partnersCreate effective written and multimedia presentations to communicate with lenders and investorsPerform detailed market research and analysisEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university1-3 years of commercial real estate and underwriting experience with a developer/owner or advisory firmHigh proficiency in Excel, Argus, PowerPointEagerness to work hard in a less structured, small team environmentSolution-oriented with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and add valueStrong written and verbal communication skills
