Position OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing Hospitality Sales Executive to drive new business across major hotel brands and hospitality groups in the US and Canada.This is a hunter role focused on generating new revenue, expanding multi-property relationships, and closing enterprise-level deals.This role requires an existing, active network within the hospitality industry (major hotel brands, ownership groups, or management companies).You will leverage your relationships, industry expertise, and consultative sales approach to position BluIP's AI-driven communications solutions as a strategic advantage for hospitality organizations.?? What You'll OwnNew business development across enterprise hospitality accountsRevenue generation and pipeline growthExpansion within multi-property hotel groupsStrategic relationship building with key decision-makers?? Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (Primary Focus)Leverage your existing hospitality network to generate qualified opportunitiesProspect, engage, and close new business with hotel brands and management groupsOwn the full sales cycle from outreach to closeConsistently meet or exceed revenue targetsStrategic SellingPosition BluIP's UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI solutions to solve operational and guest experience challengesConduct high-level presentations and product demos to executive stakeholdersPartner with internal teams to design tailored, enterprise-level solutionsAccount Growth & Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with key hospitality clientsIdentify upsell and expansion opportunities across multi-location portfoliosPartner with Customer Success to ensure retention and growthMarket & Industry ExpertiseStay current on hospitality trends, technology, and competitive landscapeProvide insights to leadership to inform product and go-to-market strategyCollaboration & ReportingMaintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot preferred)Provide regular forecasts and performance updatesCollaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams ? RequirementsMust-have (non-negotiable):Established network within major hotel brands or hospitality groups3+ years of experience in hospitality technology, telecom, or enterprise B2B salesProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsStrong understanding of hotel operations and decision-making structuresExcellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsPreferred:Experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS solutionsExperience selling into multi-location or enterprise clientsFamiliarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field??
