Role Summary And ResponsibilitiesJoin a leading technology organization that is building tools to improve how employees work every day. Aquent is seeking a User Experience Designer II to support the design of a foundational internal desktop application. This role offers the chance to help shape an evolving product that uses large data sets, AI support, and proactive notifications to improve employee productivity.This is a strong opportunity for a designer who enjoys solving complex workflow challenges and translating them into intuitive user experiences. You will work closely with cross functional partners to define problems, explore solutions, and create polished design deliverables that guide development. The product is still in an early stage, so this role offers meaningful ownership, room for big thinking, and the ability to influence how internal users interact with a critical enterprise tool.Note: This role sites onsite in Seattle, WAWhat You'll Do:Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups that clearly communicate detailed interaction behaviorPartner with cross functional teams to define business and feature requirements using usability findings, research, analytics, and user centered design principlesAssess and improve new and existing features through usability testing and interpretation of performance dataPresent design work to UX teams, product partners, and leadership for feedback and alignmentHelp contribute to design best practices and user interface standardsCollaborate with technical teams in a fast paced environment to move ideas from concept to execution What You'll Bring (Must Haves):3 to 6 years of experience providing interaction design solutions for web based and or software applicationsStrong experience creating mockups, flows, wireframes, and information architectureKnowledge of usability principles and user centered design methodsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with cross functional and technical teamsA strong online portfolio that demonstrates relevant, user centered design workBachelor's or Master's degree in design, human computer interaction, or equivalent professional experience.Bonus Points (Nice to Haves):Experience with user research and prototypingExperience designing for desktop applications, internal tools, or enterprise softwareComfort presenting design rationale to a variety of audiences, including leadershipAbility to manage multiple projects in an agile environmentPrevious experience in a large scale technology environmentLI-KR2About Aquent Talent:Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.
