Job Title: PACE Enrollment SpecialistLocation: San Diego, CA (Onsite at 8080 Dagget Street + local travel within San Diego County)Anticipated Duration: Approximately 3 months (based on business need)Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 - per hour (depending on experience)Position OverviewA healthcare organization is seeking a PACE Enrollment Specialist to support the enrollment process for seniors entering the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This role is responsible for guiding prospective participants through eligibility and enrollment while ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive experience.This is a full-time, temporary opportunity based out of an administrative office in San Diego, with approximately 50% of the workweek spent traveling throughout San Diego County to conduct in-home assessments.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the end-to-end enrollment process for prospective PACE participantsConduct in-home assessments to gather required information and documentationVerify eligibility, including medical and program requirementsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate enrollment processingMaintain accurate and compliant documentation of all participant interactionsProvide clear communication and support to seniors and their families throughout the enrollment processTravel locally within San Diego County to complete assessments and visitsQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare, eligibility, enrollment, or a related fieldBachelor's degree preferred, or 3 years of related experience in lieu of a degreeExperience with in-home visits, medical verification, or healthcare coordination is highly preferredStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while managing a field-based scheduleRequirementsValid driver's licenseReliable transportationProof of active auto insuranceAbility to travel locally up to 50% of the timeScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMFull-time, 40 hours per weekThis role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a balance of administrative work and field-based interaction, and who are passionate about supporting senior populations through access to healthcare services.
