Shipment Setup SpecialistKelly Services is recruiting a Shipment Setup Specialist to support innovative patient therapy programs within a non-commercial pharmacy environment. This is a client-facing role focused on patient support, shipment coordination, and accurate documentation to ensure timely access to therapy.What You'll DoConduct initial and refill outreach calls to patients, providing education, status updates, and ongoing support throughout their therapy journeyComplete shipment setup and coordination using pharmacy dispensing systems and online shipment portalsEnroll patients into safe return programs and ensure all required documentation is completed accuratelyMaintain detailed call notes and activity documentation across multiple systems, following program and compliance standardsServe as a key point of contact for patients, healthcare provider offices, and field teams, providing concierge-level serviceCommunicate progress and resolve questions related to referrals, shipments, and patient servicesEscalate issues appropriately and partner closely with internal operational teamsDemonstrate a strong compliance mindset, including patient privacy, regulatory requirements, and adverse event reportingWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma requiredMinimum 4 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare settingMinimum 4 years of experience in a case management or call-center environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills with a patient-first approachProven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer serviceExperience building positive working relationships with patients, providers, and internal teamsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordPreferred QualificationsUndergraduate degreeBilingual Spanish (speaking and writing)
