National Sales Manager - Off-Price RetailWe are partnering with a growing consumer goods company to find a National Sales Manager who will lead and expand key off-price retail accounts. This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue, building strong buyer relationships, and owning the full sales cycle across major retailers.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working with off-price or value retail channels.What You'll Be Doing:Own and grow national accounts across major off-price retailers (including TJX and Ross)Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goalsManage the full sales cycle, including product presentations, pricing, negotiations, and closingPartner with internal teams (product development, sourcing, operations) to align product offerings with market demandPresent seasonal assortments and identify opportunistic buysAnalyze sales performance, margins, and inventory to drive profitabilityForecast demand and manage pipeline to support production planningStay up to date on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activityWhat We're Looking For:5-10+ years of sales experience within consumer goodsExperience working with off-price or value retail channels strongly preferredProven success managing national accounts (TJX, Ross, or similar retailers is a big plus)Strong relationships with retail buyers in categories like home, gifting, accessories, or personal careAbility to manage high-volume sales in a fast-paced environmentStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with experience in forecasting and sales performance trackingNice to Have:Experience with products such as candles, gifting, journals, or personal careBackground in private label, import programs, or direct sourcingFamiliarity with seasonal and trend-driven merchandisingCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000Bonus/CommissionFull benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
