Water damage technician

We are looking to hire a current water technician that would like to grow with our company. Must have experience and certifications.This is a hands on position. Manual Labor is required.ResponsibilitiesIdentify the source of the problem and scope of the water damagePerform water extraction and pack-out of contentsRemove and dispose of any non-salvageable flooring that was affected by the water lossPerform light construction demo upon approvalSet up air movers and/or dehumidifiers and monitor dailyPerform hard surface cleaningComplete paperwork when a new water loss is reportedCheck jobsSupport Team MembersRequirementsLight CarpentryDemolition and debris removalIn an on call rotation - 24/7 for Emergency response including holidays.On Call Bonus and Incentive Pay for after hours work401KHealth InsuranceVacation TimeMust have the ability to communicate with other in written and verbal formMust be familiar with a wide range of equipment common to construction demoMust be able to work in an environment that requires restoration work.Clean driving record and criminal history requiredExcellent Customer Service & Communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
