We are seeking a Supply Chain Strategy Manager to shape and advance our long-term supply chain vision, challenging the status quo and driving transformational change across the enterprise.This is a senior, highly visible role for a strategic thinker who combines deep supply chain expertise with strong business acumen, emerging technology insight, and the ability to influence at the executive level.Position Overview:The Supply Chain Strategy Manager is responsible for defining and evolving Lennox's long-term supply chain strategy to support business growth, dynamic market conditions, and evolving customer expectations. This role focuses on delivering breakthrough improvements through innovative operating models, advanced technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve efficiency, productivity, and agility across the global supply chain network.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Supply Chain StrategyLead the development, execution, and continuous refinement of the 5-year supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, sales growth plans, and customer requirementsConduct enterprise-level assessments of supply chain capabilities, operating models, and network design to identify opportunities for competitive differentiationShape future-state supply chain roadmaps that improve resilience, scalability, cost structure, and service performanceInnovation & Technology EnablementIdentify, evaluate, and introduce emerging supply chain technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, automation, digital platforms, and decision-support toolsPartner closely with IT, data science teams, and external technology providers to pilot, validate, and scale innovative solutionsDrive faster, data-driven decision-making and improved visibility across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillmentTransformation & Performance ImprovementChallenge existing practices and drive transformational change in productivity, operating efficiency, service levels, and operational agilityIntroduce best practices and benchmark Lennox performance against industry leaders and best-in-class supply chain organizationsTranslate strategic concepts into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomesExecutive Partnership & CommunicationSynthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior and executive leadershipSupport enterprise decision-making related to investments, prioritization, and long-term value creationInfluence without authority across functions to align stakeholders around strategic initiativesCulture & Organizational ImpactPromote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking within the supply chain organizationServe as a thought leader and trusted advisor, elevating strategic supply chain capabilities across the enterpriseQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferredExtensive experience in supply chain strategy, transformation, or advanced supply chain leadership rolesProven track record of developing and executing long-term, enterprise-level supply chain strategiesStrong knowledge of modern supply chain technologies, AI applications, and digital transformationExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilitiesExecutive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partnersAbility to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments with broad organizational impactWhy LennoxInfluence enterprise-wide strategy at a globally respected industry leaderDrive innovation and transformational change at scaleCollaborate with senior leaders across operations, IT, finance, and commercial teamsCompetitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and long-term career growthCompensationThis is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $144,000- $189,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.
