Senior Property Manager Property Manager $90,000.00-$95,000K/yr Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmColumbus, OhioTemp to Hire or Direct Hire What You'll Do:Month-end close and reportingProperty budgeting and forecastingAd-hoc analysisGeneral ledger maintenanceBank and credit card reconciliationsMaintain asset additions/disposals and reconcile balance in fixed asset system to general ledgerReview lender and operational agreements ensuring all reporting requirements are metCalculate monthly/quarterly member distributions per operating agreementsVendor invoice and disbursement reviewRecording of escrows, capital expenditures, depreciation, and equity contributions/distributionsServe as a trusted information resource to investment partners, multiple third-party service providers, and the internal operations, asset management, and acquisitions teamAssist in creating and executing detailed financial analysis and assigned departmental projects.Utilize technology in a forward-thinking manner to continue to drive new business efficiencies and investor solutions.Other duties as directed and assigned.What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics5+ years of accounting experiencePrevious real estate accounting experience within the areas of private investment and/or property management strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft ExcelProficiency in Entrata or similar property management accounting software preferredAbility to sit at a desk for 8+ hours a dayCPA preferredA detail-oriented individual.
