Bilingual HR GeneralistOn- site Laguna HillsOverview We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist with strong experience in recruiting, employee relations, and union environments. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to deliver full-cycle HR support while ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingServe as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, coaching, and conflict resolutionSupport and administer union-related activities, including contract interpretation, grievance processes, and collaboration with union representativesAdvise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesAssist with performance management, corrective action, and employee development initiativesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policiesMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationSupport HR programs related to onboarding, engagement, retention, and compliance trainingPartner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needsQualificationsBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruiting and employee relationsHands-on experience working in a unionized environmentSolid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesStrong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretionProficiency with HRIS systems and ATS platformsHigh level of organization and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, or high-volume environmentsMulti-site or fast-paced HR experienceCompensation: $70 to $75K annuallyBenefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
