This position is responsible for managing project schedules and costs, supporting project teams with data-driven insights, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop cost estimates for new projects using historical data and industry benchmarksCreate and maintain cost tracking tools and monitor project spend against baseline budgetsAnalyze variances, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and provide actionable recommendationsPrepare and deliver regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholdersCollaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project schedulesUpdate schedules regularly and integrate contractor and supply chain timelinesApply Critical Path Method to identify risks and recommend schedule adjustmentsSupport development of work breakdown structures and baseline plansCreate and standardize templates and processes for cost and schedule controlMaintain historical project data to improve future planning and forecastingConduct risk analysis and develop project performance metricsPerform additional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, or a related field0 to 3 years of project experienceProficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate across multiple teamsAbility to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levelsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Primavera P6Project Management Professional certificationADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to work on project sites as neededUp to 20 percent travel requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and analysisAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
