Job Title: Director of Global Corporate FacilitiesLocation: Dallas, TX (75202)Employment Type: Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)Onsite Requirement: 100% OnsiteTravel: 10-20%Compensation:Salary: $120,000 - $185,000 annually (based on experience)Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibleRelocation assistance available for qualified candidatesPosition OverviewWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Global Corporate Facilities to lead global workplace operations and administrative functions. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing facilities, office services, and administrative support teams across multiple locations while driving operational excellence and enhancing the overall workplace experience.The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader with strong business acumen, deep operational expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams and efficient, scalable workplace environments. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align workplace strategies with organizational goals and growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Services & Operations LeadershipLead the global facilities and office services function, providing direction and oversight to facilities, administrative, and office operations teams across multiple locationsEnsure consistent execution of office operations, administrative services, and workplace standardsFoster a culture of efficiency, hospitality, collaboration, and innovation across all office environmentsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentManage and mentor facilities leadership and administrative professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growthPromote alignment, accountability, and consistency across all office locationsBuild and maintain a high-performing, service-oriented team cultureCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with HR, IT, and Finance to support onboarding, workspace readiness, and employee experience initiativesCollaborate with leadership to align workplace operations with business goals, culture, and brand standardsSupport business continuity planning and long-term workplace strategy initiativesFacilities, Real Estate & Expansion SupportSupport office expansions, relocations, and renovations in partnership with internal stakeholders and project teamsContribute to lease strategy and real estate planning through operational insights and site evaluationsCollaborate on space planning and utilization strategies to support organizational growthVendor & Budget ManagementOversee vendor relationships, including contracts for maintenance, catering, cleaning, and workplace servicesDevelop and manage budgets for facilities and administrative operations, ensuring cost control and efficiencyMonitor vendor performance and service-level agreements to ensure quality deliveryTechnology & Process ImprovementLeverage data and technology to improve space planning, reporting, and operational efficiencyIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and workplace experienceDrive standardization and scalability across global office operationsRequired QualificationsExperience10+ years of experience in facilities management, office services, or corporate operationsMinimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-site or global teamsProven experience leading and developing diverse teams across facilities, administrative, and operational functionsExperience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreementsDemonstrated success in workplace operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaborationEducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field requiredAdvanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, BOMA, PMP) preferredSkillsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong business acumen with the ability to align operations to organizational goalsExperience collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and executive leadershipStrategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented approachWork Environment & ExpectationsMust be able to work onsite five days per week in Dallas, TXRegular, reliable onsite attendance is required and is an essential function of this roleAbility to travel 10-20% as needed to support multiple office locationsBenefitsCompetitive compensation and performance-based bonusComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement planPaid time off and company holidaysProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesWhy Work with Wheeler Staffing Partners?At Wheeler Staffing Partners, we build long-term career partnerships, not just placements.
