Executive Assistant to the CEOWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO and help drive key organizational initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys working at the intersection of leadership, operations, and community impact.In this position, you'll play a critical role in supporting executive operations, coordinating board activities, and contributing to fundraising and development efforts. You'll also serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including board members, donors, and community partners.Why This Role MattersWork closely with executive leadership and gain high-level organizational insightPlay a key role in supporting fundraising and mission-driven initiativesEngage with board members, donors, and community stakeholdersContribute to projects that directly impact the organization's growth and successExecutive SupportManage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel logisticsPrepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materialsTrack priorities and follow up on key action itemsServe as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersBoard & GovernanceCoordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas and materialsPrepare board packets and record meeting minutesMaintain governance documents and support board communicationsAssist with onboarding new board membersFundraising & DevelopmentSupport fundraising initiatives and donor engagement effortsAssist with donor communications, acknowledgments, and reportingMaintain and update donor records in CRM systemsHelp coordinate fundraising events and community engagement activitiesEvents & ProjectsProvide logistical support for meetings, events, and special projectsAssist with cross-functional initiatives and organizational prioritiesWhat You Bring3-5 years of executive administrative experience (nonprofit experience preferred)Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platformsKey Strengths for SuccessAttention to detail and follow-throughStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving mindset and initiativeFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environmentCommitment to the mission and values of the organizationWork EnvironmentThis role is primarily office-based and may occasionally require early morning or evening availability to support board meetings, events, or fundraising activities.
