This role will oversee project execution, operational leadership, and regional financial performance while supporting major utility infrastructure programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership for regional construction operations across transmission, substation, and distribution projectsOversee Operations Managers, Project Managers, and field leadership across multiple projectsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetMaintain responsibility for regional P&L performance, including revenue, margin, and backlog managementReview project financial performance, forecasts, and major change ordersProvide executive oversight for large or complex projects and support resolution of operational challengesMaintain relationships with utility clients and support major project pursuitsChampion strong safety performance and complianceDevelop regional leadership teams and support workforce planning and growth initiativesRequirements for the Regional Vice President of Operations:15+ years of experience in electrical construction or power delivery infrastructureLeadership experience managing transmission, substation, or distribution construction operationsStrong background in project financials, operations management, and regional leadershipExperience supporting utility clients and major infrastructure programsBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferredFor immediate consideration, please send your updated MS Word resume to: ikippenbrock@
