Own strategy, delivery, and growth of managed cloud services, driving automation, AIOps, and large-scale AWS adoption for telecom and tech clients in Dallas, Texas.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute AWS cloud operations strategy (managed services, migration, FinOps, AI-driven ops)Build and lead teams of AWS architects, engineers, and SREsArchitect AI-powered operations (AIOps, automated remediation, predictive scaling)Drive observability and SRE best practices (SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction)Lead enterprise AWS migration and managed services engagementsOwn client relationships and commercial models (fixed, outcome-based, shared savings)Establish FinOps and governance frameworks (cost optimization, security, compliance)Requirements12+ years in IT/cloud, with 6+ years in AWS architecture & operationsAWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect / DevOps)Proven experience in AIOps and cloud managed services at scaleDeep expertise across core AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, etc.)Strong business acumen with P&L and client growth experienceTelecom/cloud-native network experience (5G, NFV) preferredLeadership ExpectationsHands-on technical leader with end-to-end delivery ownershipExperience managing global, distributed teamsStrong stakeholder management up to C-suiteAbility to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsNice to HaveAPN partnership experienceMulti-cloud exposure (Azure/GCP)5G/ORAN deployments on AWS
