Our 425-unit, entry fee CCRC spans 64 acres and offers IL, AL, memory care, and SNF, all supported by a strong reputation for excellence and a vibrant, mission-driven culture.With 95% occupancy and a highly engaged team, Greenwood Village South is not only thriving today, but actively shaping its future.We are currently undergoing a transformational $100 million campus expansion, representing a rare opportunity to lead sales and marketing for both an established, high-performing community and a major new development.
