This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude looking to build a long-term career in a stable and team-oriented environment.This role focuses on operating production equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance to ensure efficient operations and product quality.Schedule & Shift InformationDay Shift: 6:50 AM - 7:00 PMNight Shift: 6:50 PM - 7:00 AMSchedule: Alternating 3-4 day work week (12-hour shifts)Options include:Rotating 3-2-2 schedule4 days on / 4 days off scheduleFull-time hours with built-in days offOvertime opportunities availableKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machineryTroubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustmentsPerform routine and preventative maintenance (PMs)Ensure products meet quality and customer specificationsFollow all safety, GMP, and food-quality standardsMaintain clean and organized work areasSupport overall equipment uptime and production goalsQualificationsAt least 1 year of mechanical, maintenance, or troubleshooting experienceStrong mechanical aptitude (automotive, manufacturing, or similar background)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in varying temperaturesMust be reliable and dependableHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPreferred BackgroundsMachine operators with mechanical troubleshooting experienceAutomotive / diesel techniciansMaintenance techniciansProduction workers with strong mechanical aptitudeCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($22.00 - $25.50)Sign-on bonus availableQuarterly bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, vision, 401
