Business Systems Analyst - eCommerce / OMSCorporate Retail$49 Per Hour5-month contractMonday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ESTHyrbid - Columbus, OhioWhat You'll Do:Lead operational cutover planning and execution for a large-scale Order Management System (OMS) migration, ensuring business readiness aligns with technical timelinesPartner closely with the Technical Cutover Lead to coordinate system transitions, data migration dependencies, environment readiness, and go/no-go decisionsTranslate technical cutover activities into clear business impacts, operational actions, and execution plansDevelop and manage an integrated end-to-end cutover plan, identifying cross-functional dependencies across systems, workflows, and customer experienceEnsure operational readiness across key business areas including Customer Care, Fulfillment, Store Operations, and FinanceCreate and maintain detailed cutover runbooks, including timelines, checkpoints, contingency plans, and rollback proceduresLead cutover rehearsals and mock events, identifying gaps and ensuring readiness prior to launchAct as the operational lead during live cutover, supporting command center activities, issue triage, and stakeholder communicationCoordinate post-cutover stabilization efforts, monitoring KPIs and partnering with technical teams to resolve operational issuesDrive post-launch reviews and continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimizationWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, program coordination, or operationsExperience supporting large-scale system implementations, migrations, or enterprise launchesStrong ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teamsProven ability to translate technical concepts into business impacts and actionable plansExperience developing runbooks, operational plans, or launch playbooksStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, especially in high-pressure environmentsExperience with risk identification, process improvement, and cross-functional coordinationFamiliarity with OMS platforms, eCommerce operations, or retail fulfillment workflows is a plusExperience participating in cutover events, releases, or command center environments is preferredDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentApply Today!Upload your resume - no cover letter required.
