Project Manager

Role OverviewThis is a part-time Project Manager role based in Cleveland, OH, with flexibility for remote work as needed. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintain alignment with strategic priorities, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.Your Day-to-DayDevelop and maintain project timelines, including key cross-functional milestonesMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delaysCoordinate project activities to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business objectivesProvide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholdersFacilitate cross-functional meetings to track progress, address risks, and support timely decision-makingPartner with internal teams to ensure project milestones and organizational priorities are achievedWe'd Love to Hear from You If You Have:Required QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or related certification3-7 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations, preferably within the CPG, food, or consumer products industryExperience managing cross-functional projects or product launch initiativesStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, , Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms)Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting new product development or commercialization projects in a CPG or food manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with product development, regulatory, and food safety processesKey CompetenciesProject planning and executionCross-functional collaborationRisk identification and problem solvingStakeholder communication and alignmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentKey DetailsCompensation: $30-$40/hrLaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
