They are looking for an IT Desktop & Security Specialist to join their team. This role is a blend of desktop support / helpdesk responsibilities (60%) with IT Security & Compliance (40%).ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely mannerTroubleshoot and diagnose problems with computers, printers, phones, etc.Provide overall IT support, including desktop/help desk responsibilitiesEnsure compliance with SOX and HIPAA regulationsMonitors and manages IT security using tools like Cisco to detect and respond to threatsTroubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and escalationsQualifications:Strong background in Desktop Support and/or Help DeskExperience supporting security & complianceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to support both security and desktop/help desk tasks
